The bed was comfortable really but it felt like I was in a sauna. Evenings in the room were a nightmare no sleep whatsoever.

I recently had a very comfortable stay, with a spacious Standard Double Room that made settling in after a long day easy. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. The shuttle service to Terminal 5 was just what I needed for my early morning flight, although its schedule could be a bit better organized.

Parking hits hard, costing £36, and that’s not something they make clear upfront. We asked for extra pillows and they never showed up. The room cleaning service was nonexistent during our entire stay. If you're looking for soundproofing, you might be out of luck—noise from the halls can be loud and disruptive, making it tough to settle in for a good night’s sleep.

I had a cozy and spacious Standard Double Room that felt like a little oasis after a long travel day! The cotton sheets were heavenly, and I truly appreciated the excellent soundproofing, making it perfect for a restful night's sleep near the airport. Plus, the late breakfast hours until 11:30 AM allowed me to enjoy a scrumptious meal without the stress of an early morning rush!
